Delete your Trackist account

Trackist is a fitness tracking app developed by Adrian Szabłowski. Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Trackist account and all associated data. Please read the information below before submitting a request.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

Trackist subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) — not by us. Even after your account is deleted, you will continue to be billed until you cancel the subscription yourself through the store where you purchased it.

Cancel on iPhone / iPad

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Trackist
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Select Trackist
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

Tip: cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion to avoid being charged again.

The fastest way: delete from the app

If you still have the Trackist app installed, you can delete your account instantly from within the app. This is the fastest and most convenient option.

  1. Open the Trackist app on your device
  2. Go to the More tab and open Profile Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion — your data will be removed immediately

Request deletion via this form

If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer to request deletion manually, fill out the form below. Your request will be sent directly to our team. We confirm receipt within 7 days and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days at the latest.

  1. Complete the form below with your name and the email linked to your Trackist account— this is how we locate the account to delete.
  2. Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.
  3. Submit the request — it will be emailed to our team at hello@trackist.me.
  4. We verify the request, confirm receipt within 7 days, and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account profile (display name, email)
  • Authentication credentials (including any linked Apple / Google sign-in)
  • Your workout plans (including plans you shared with friends or published)
  • Logged workouts — sets, reps, weights, RPE, and notes
  • Body measurements and weight history
  • Your membership of any shared plans you joined
  • Leaderboard contributions tied to your account
  • Push notification tokens
  • Your feedback submissions tied to your account

Data that may be retained

  • Billing records: retained for 5 years when required by law (tax regulations).
  • Support communications: retained for up to 3 years from last contact.
  • Technical / security logs: retained for up to 30 days, stored separately from your identity.
  • Anonymized analytics: aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you may be kept indefinitely.
  • Subscription: managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel it separately in the store — see the steps above.

The email address you use to sign in to your Trackist account. We use this to locate and permanently delete your account.
